Combining usability and aesthetics we design online experiences, enabeling our clients to communicate with their audience in all aspects of new media including internet, intranet, and extranet solutions, handheld devices and Interactive TV.
We work with cliens with different needs and we love a challenge. From the simple websites of a few pages, to the large content management driven sites, we always aim to create the best possible result that will meet the customer requirements.
Following the set guidelines of the institution is very important for both the designers and the technical team. We often work closely with our clients' in-house design staff or their consultants to ensure that the spirit of the brand is interpreted correctly and driven forward in the right direction.
A clear site hierarchy, consistency in design and strict adherence to design elements, such as links and action-buttons, are all paramount to a user-friendly and successful site.
Variety in layout and presentation, whilst keeping structure and familiarity, helps the various content to be displayed in its optimal setting and providing the user with an interesting and varied journey.
The most practical way to design web pages for a content management system, is to create templates to cover the various aspects of content in the site; homepage, article, list etc. When designing templates for company pages the guidelines must be both strict in form and in layout, but still be flexible enough to change their characteristics enough to make the atmosphere of the page match the level of content displayed and make the user journey both exciting and stimulating. This is especially important when pages need to adapt to exhibitions that have their own identity or pages that have very different audiences.
